Roohani Guidance reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, decline or cancel a booking in case of:

inappropriate conduct
suspected misuse, fraud or abuse
any unavoidable circumstances
7. Fees and Payments
All fees displayed on the website, shared over official communication channels, or communicated during booking are payable in accordance with the pricing applicable at the time of booking.

fees paid for services are subject to the applicable Refund Policy, cancellation policy and rescheduling terms;

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Roohani Guidance does not store your full card details, UPI PIN, CVV or similar confidential banking credentials.
8. Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling
All refunds, cancellations, no-show handling and rescheduling rules shall be governed by the Refund Policy / Cancellation Policy published on the website.
By booking a service, you agree that:
you have read and accepted the refund and cancellation terms;
certain services may be non-refundable due to the time-based, advisory, digital or spiritual nature of the services;
missed sessions, late arrivals or last-minute cancellations may not qualify for refunds or rescheduling.
