At Roohani Guidance, every consultation, healing session, astrology reading, numerology analysis, tarot reading, vastu consultation, course, and spiritual service is personalized and conducted exclusively for the client. Due to the nature of our services, all bookings are final.

No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict No Refund Policy.

Once a payment has been made for any service, consultation, course, workshop, healing session, or digital offering, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after booking.

• Inability to attend the scheduled appointment.

• Dissatisfaction with predictions, guidance, or outcomes.

• Personal beliefs or expectations regarding spiritual or metaphysical services.

• Delays caused by the client in providing required information.

• Failure to join the session at the scheduled time.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled only if a request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the booking amount will be forfeited.

Astrology, Tarot, Numerology, Vastu, Reiki, Aura Healing, Energy Healing, and other spiritual services offered by Roohani Guidance are intended for guidance, self-development, and personal insight. Results may vary from person to person, and no specific outcome or guarantee can be promised.

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these services and agree that refunds will not be provided based on personal expectations or perceived outcomes.

Courses, Workshops & Digital Content

Fees paid for courses, workshops, training programs, webinars, downloadable materials, recordings, or digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been successfully processed.

Cancellation by Roohani Guidance

In the rare event that Roohani Guidance is unable to conduct a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment to a mutually convenient date and time. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving or scheduling a service without first contacting us to resolve the matter may result in suspension of future bookings and legal recovery of any applicable costs.

Acceptance of Policy
